To be a good caregiver, you have to be informed, empowered, balanced, proactive and most of all, have to be in good health. The CAREGIVER is the most important person in the care giving circle because without the caregiver, there is no care. The CAREGIVER sets the pace. The life of the caregiver and the life of the care recipient are intertwined. When the caregiver is doing well and feeling well, the care recipient is doing the same and when the caregiver is not doing well, the care recipient is not doing well either.

Every six to eight weeks, there will be a special created just for you. It will give you a mini respite away from your daily challenges. It will be a small way to help you relax, refresh and renew your mind and your body.
